MAC files are preferred over PC files.

We work in any Freehand Photoshop or Illustrator format.

Vectored artwork (artwork containing only lines, points and converted fonts) is preferred over solid images. Colour matching is best achieved with this type of file.

If CorelDraw has been used it is best to supply both the Coreldraw document
as well as a PDF file and an Adobe Illustrator file (version 8 or less).

We can convert files from QuarkXPress and CorelDraw depending on how
the artwork has been setup in those programs.

All files need to be saved in a editible format. Do not parse or embed support files into a
layout file. We will not be able to adjust a parsed or embedded file for final reproduction.

TIFF, GIF, JPEG, etc. can only be used as they are received. Colour matching cannot be
guaranteed with these types of files. Small files sent in these formats cannot be used
successfully in large format printing. Larger, high resolution images and layered Photoshop (PSD) files are preferred.

Convert all fonts or attach the appropriate fonts with your order.

Pantone colours or 3M colours must be included with your order. CMYK or RGB will not
guarantee proper colour matching. Files received in these formats will be printed as our
printer translates them.
